Actress Claire Cooper will play Anne Boleyn in BBC1's 'Six Wives with Lucy Worsley'

Actress Claire Cooper will play Anne Boleyn in '6 Wives with Lucy Worsley' (starts on Wednesday 7 December at 9pm on BBC1). Lucy Worsley, historian, TV presenter and Joint Chief Curator at Historic Royal Palaces will play a servant who witnesses some of the most dramatic events in Tudor history.

It looks like the costumes for this production had been re-used; we've seen them previously in BBC's period drama 'Wolf Hall' based on Hilary Mantel's best-selling novels.

“Wolf Hall was celebrated by critics for its historical accuracy, and the costumes are a brilliant example. They’re impressive replicas of the clothes we know were worn by Henry VIII and his courtiers.”
